Tarkett is one of the largest producers and distributors of resilient floorings worldwide. They are also one of the leaders in the hardwood flooring sector. With a global workforce of approximately 9000 employees, Tarkett has a production capacity of 350 million square metres of floor and wall coverings. In 2006 Tarkett’s sales amounted to €1.98bn. Today, the Tarkett Group includes two divisions, Residential and Commercial, and is a global company operating 28 production centres (16 in Europe alone) in 10 countries.
